Peptide Tracker: Injection Log & Smart Reminders
Last updated
What does the Peptly peptide tracker do?
Peptly's peptide tracker is an on-device injection log with site-rotation prompts, scheduled reminders, saved reconstitution mixes, and CSV export. Each entry records the peptide, dose, site, and the reconstitution mix used. The log never leaves your iPhone — no cloud sync, no accounts, no third-party tracking — and exports to CSV for sharing with a clinician.
What gets recorded per injection
- Peptide — pulled from the loaded compound profile (e.g. BPC-157).
- Mass dose drawn — exact mg or mcg from the calculator at the time.
- Reconstitution mix used — links to the saved mix (5 mg / 2 ml BAC = 2.5 mg/ml).
- Injection site — abdomen, thigh, deltoid, etc. (configurable).
- Timestamp — automatic.
- Notes — optional free-text field.
Site rotation prompts
When you log a new injection, Peptly checks the recent history and prompts if you have used the same site within a typical rotation window. The prompt is informational — never a block — and the cadence is configurable.
Scheduled reminders
Each peptide profile can carry a schedule (e.g. "twice weekly", "every other day", "weekly"). Peptly Pro fires local notifications when a dose is due. Notifications respect Focus modes and Do Not Disturb. The reminder text shows the peptide + dose so it is decipherable from the lock screen.
CSV export
The full injection log exports to a single CSV file with one row per log entry. Columns: date, time, peptide, mass dose, draw volume, site, reconstitution mix, notes. Useful for sharing with a clinician, archiving, or importing to a spreadsheet for analysis.
What the tracker does not do
- No cloud sync — the log lives on-device only.
- No social features — no friends, no leaderboards, no shared cycles.
- No AI-driven dose recommendations — Peptly does not suggest doses, only logs what you drew.
- No vendor integration — Peptly does not link to peptide suppliers.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Peptly peptide tracker record? +
Each log entry stores the peptide, the dose drawn, the injection site, the saved reconstitution mix you used, and a timestamp. The History view lets you filter by peptide, site, or date range.
Does Peptly remind me when my next dose is due? +
Yes. In Peptly Pro, scheduled doses fire local notifications. The reminder format is customizable (e.g. "2 mg semaglutide due in 1 hour"). Site rotation prompts surface in the same notification.
Where is the injection log stored? +
On-device, in the standard iOS SwiftData store. The log is never synced to a server, never sent to a third party, and never used for advertising. iCloud Backup includes it because it is in app storage like any other data.
Can I export the log? +
Yes. The full injection log exports to CSV from Settings. Compatible with Numbers, Excel, Google Sheets — and useful for sharing with a clinician.
Is the tracker free or behind a paywall? +
The basic injection log is in the free tier. Unlimited saved protocols, scheduled reminders, and site-rotation prompts are part of Peptly Pro ($4.99/mo, $29.99/yr with 3-day trial, or $49.99 lifetime).
