These terms govern your use of the Peptly iOS app and the thepeptly.com marketing site. Canonical terms are also hosted at barisbr.com/peptly/terms.

What Peptly is

Peptly is a reconstitution calculator and reference tool for research and educational use. The app computes arithmetic — vial mass ÷ BAC water, draw volume, U-100 units — and stores an on-device injection log.

What Peptly is NOT

  • Not a medical device.
  • Not a substitute for a licensed clinician.
  • Not a prescription, recommendation, or instruction to inject any substance.
  • Not a vendor of peptides or related supplies.

No medical advice

Mass values, concentrations, and unit counts shown in Peptly are arithmetic outputs. They are not dosing recommendations and do not constitute medical advice. You are responsible for consulting a licensed clinician before any injection. Use of Peptly does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and the developer.

Compliance and lawful use

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Peptly complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The developer makes no representations about the legality of any specific compound in your country or state.

Subscriptions and lifetime purchase

  • Peptly Pro is offered as a monthly subscription ($4.99), yearly subscription ($29.99 with a 3-day free trial), or one-time lifetime purchase ($49.99). Prices may vary by territory.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple ID settings.
  • Lifetime purchase is non-refundable except per App Store policy.
  • Trial conversion happens automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled.

Disclaimer of warranties

Peptly is provided "as is." The developer disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Peptly. This includes any health consequence of compound use; the developer's role is the calculator only.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be reflected on this page and dated. Continued use of Peptly after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
