Three steps. Concentration = vial mass ÷ water volume (5 mg in 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL). Volume = amount ÷ concentration (0.25 mg ÷ 2.5 mg/mL = 0.1 mL). Units on a U-100 syringe = volume × 100 (0.1 mL = 10 units). The free calculator on this website does these steps for your numbers; the Peptly app is a log and does not do this math. No. Peptly does not have accounts, sign-ups, or cloud sync. Your log stays on your device.
